I’d like to request a refund for my initial purchase or for the renewal of my annual membership licenses, are refunds allowed?

Per the Terms and Conditions that you had to agree to by selecting the checkbox “I Agree” at the time of purchase of the services(s) and that you agree to by accessing Vengreso On Demand, there are no refunds allowed. You may cancel the auto-renewal of your membership anytime by clicking your icon in the upper right corner, then click “my account”, then click “Membership”, then click “Cancel Membership”.  See attached image:

If you do not see an orange “cancel membership” button please send an email to learning@vengreso.com and request that your membership not be renewed for the following year. 

Once you cancel your membership renewal, you will still be able to log into Vengreso On Demand until the expiration date.
